Management Team
Paul Glover
Paul W. Glover founded Interplan Health Group in 2001 and is
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Glover served as Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Presidium Holdings, Inc., a national
disability management company. From 1984 to 1995, Mr. Glover
held a number of executive positions at Travelers Corporation,
including Senior Vice President of the Managed Care and Employee
Benefits Operations and Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of the Commercial Property - Casualty Operations.
From 1978 to 1984, Mr. Glover was a member of the insurance
practice at Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Glover holds an A.B.
degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A.
in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University.
Steve Ditman
Steven L. Ditman has served as our Chief
Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2001. Prior to joining
Interplan Health Group, Mr. Ditman served as Executive Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of OptiCare
Health Systems, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Ditman
also served as Chief Operating Officer of OptiCare Eye Health
Centers. Prior to OptiCare, Mr. Ditman served as Director,
Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the Daytona Group
and Drubner Broadcasting and as Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Drubner Investment Group. Mr. Ditman served as
Corporate Controller of Victor Electric Wire and Cable Corporation,
and as senior auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Ditman holds
a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and was licensed as a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Rhode Island.
John Baker
John Baker comes to AmeriScript,
April 3, 2006 filling the role as Vice President PBM Operations.
AmeriScript is a national pharmacy benefit management company
headquartered in Stow, Ohio. Mr. Baker graduated Ohio Northern
University in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy. Mr.
Baker went to work for Discount Drug Mart/IPS as a Staff Pharmacist.
A series of promotions moved Mr. Baker’s career along during 9
years of service including, Chief Pharmacist, Sales Executive
of the IPS Division, Director of Operations in the 50+ Pharmacy’s
Warehouse, then onto VP of Operations for IPS. After accepting
the position of Managed Care Director with CVS, Mr. Baker spent
the next 7 years charged with program development and contract
negotiations. Mr. Baker’s clinical expertise along with
PBM business experience will compliment and expand the AmeriScript
product.
Jim Wallace, R.Ph
Jim Wallace is the Vice
President of Sales and Product Development for AmeriScript,
a national pharmacy benefit management firm headquartered in
Stow, Ohio. In this role, Mr. Wallace works with HMO’s,
Third Party Administrators, Brokers and Consultants as well
as directly with companies, HEW funds and Organizations to
establish and maintain both retail and mail service pharmacy
programs. Previous to this position, Mr. Wallace spent 12 years
with Immediate Pharmaceutical Services (IPS), a national pharmacy
benefit management (PBM) firm out of Avon Lake, Ohio where
Mr. Wallace was instrumental in growing their PBM program.
Prior to assuming a position with IPS, Mr. Wallace was an account
representative for Hook-SupeRx, Inc. where Mr. Wallace was
instrumental in the development of their PBM. As an account
representative, Mr. Wallace was charged with identifying and
capturing non-traditional pharmacy sales for the chain. Mr.
Wallace is a 1980 graduate of the University of Kentucky, College
of Pharmacy and a registered pharmacist. Mr. Wallace has devoted
the last 20 years entirely to pharmacy managed care.
Mary Romanchok
Mary Romanchok is the Vice President of Clinical Resources
for IHG. Ms. Romanchok has served as Vice President in the
managed care division since 2001 and employed in a PPO/PBM/Managed
Care arena since 1991. Prior, Ms. Romanchok was Cardiology
Coordinator for Northern Ohio for Kaiser Permanente during
which time she established the Persantine Thallium Protocols
for the region. Ms. Romanchok was also Head Nurse of the Cardiac
Cath/Electrophysiology Lab at Mt. Sinai Medical Center after
having worked in the ICU’s and ER for many years. Ms.
Romanchok has her B.S.N. from Kent State University and has
done graduate work at Baldwin Wallace.
